Tech Hands Again

Vradic brought her a bowl of her favorite goop. She ate a couple of bites, and was full. He asked, “Would you like to lie down and rest?”

She shook her head. “I feel like have been sleeping for years.”

They both burst out laughing. “I almost forgot. You cannot go anywhere except the lounge, and the cleansing room because we have limited oxygen. If you need things from other parts of the ship, please let me know, and I will get them for you. My body does not require oxygen to function properly.”
